I'm guessing that since the DMR is a World Athletics WR event, that there's testing involved?
On relays, who gets tested--one of the four, or all four?
Just asking.
Neat. I thought I have seen almost everything, never seen a world record in person, but I have now.
Pretty impressed by Wynne they put a lot of it on him and he delivered.
Side note: it's really perplexing why 800 runners, especially 400/800 runners, keep going joining the Beasts. I can't really point to anyone who's gotten significantly better since joining, with Akins being the shining exception.
I feel 4/8 guys tend to either have an earlier prime than most other events, or a much shorter prime than most other events, no matter who the coaches are.
I guess so they can set a world record.
