Actually, it’s more like people driving 60 in the right lane, and allowing others to easily pass on their left.

In track, you go to the right to around and pass people as you come up on them.
Keep it the same for runners you are lapping as runners you pass who are actually ahead of you.

You should only fade out wide if you’ve given up on trying to run fast and simply want to finish.

This is why that cannot be the rule. You cannot DQ almost the entire field at the NCAA Championships.

it's bc L.A. sucks. Too much sun. They train 365 days a year in a T and shorts. APU had four 10Ks, Mt Sac will have eight 10Ks. every gd mf dist kid in the world is in L.A. now to get the A std.
