I am a female. My gym has the treadmills at one end of the room. I have noticed that the male runners are watching the women in front of them while they run. I am talking about obvious looking at the women as they do squats, lunges, etc.

Rather than post on a message board, discuss this with the men you think are doing this.
Real men run outside not on treadmills. And we don't spend are time gawking, except at our brodacious selves in the reflection of windows - quite a sight to see if I may say so.
The same women post 1/2 naked on social media looking for likes. Why would they not want men to look? How can you stop someone from looking at whatever they want to look at?
At my gym, I can see in the mirror that guys on the treadmill are sweating me wit there stares. I go to the gym to get tight, not to have losers looking at every inch of my a**. Yeah, I wear tight gear, but that’s my choice and don’t give you the right to stare at me like I’m some kind of animal.

Fully agree. Thats why i always identify as woman or non binary while staring. Its a lesbian stare
And furthermore, I'm going to the gym dressed in speedo and a skintight wife-beater tank top just so I can understand how you must feel, sweetheart. Because it is very important to empathize and be sensitive. And you can bet your package on that.
It's unfair that attractive women garner most of the attention. To help bring equity and inclusion to the female experience, I strive to openly leer at all women regardless of their appearance.

You're probably flattering yourself. Are treadmill runners supposed to run with their eyes closed? I watch lots of other people when I'm on the treadmill or elliptical machine looking for new workout routines or acquaintances or just looking around as a distraction. If someone is truly leering then go talk to the manager.
