Why not rent parking space instead?
More BS from a Eugene hater. Track fans can park on public streets. So long as you don't overstay the time limits in certain neighborhoods, you won't get towed and will likely just get a ticket if you do. There is also plenty of cheap parking within easy walking distance of Hayward - $10 all day lots owned by the university.
For crying out loud! If you don't enjoy Eugene, then don't come here. Watch the Trials on TV for all I care. There is no need to invent stories to make it sound like the neighbors hate track fans. They deal with college students for most of the year. Some out-of-towners with rental cars won't bother them.
Ill be there, attending several meets and parking in the neighborhoods as always. Im not worried and neither is anyone else.
You can't park until 24th Street, one mile away. The residents walk up and down with iPhones and rat on you if you park your car.
It sucks that there's No Parking for miles around.
