Fast8track Club on X (formerly known as twitter) provides useful insight ie....tapering for Friday. 1500m heats on Thursday so I would assume he isn't running 1500.
He said on Citius Mag and Coffee Club podcasts that he is at 85% fitness, with 100% being ready to contend for an Olympic medal against the world’s best. No disrespect to Stewy or Myers but 85% healthy Ollie is still an absolute beast. Excited to see how it goes.
