Nobody knows with the limited information you’ve provided, but, if this is your goal, then the very best thing you can do is not go out too fast and try to even split the race. It’s going to feel slow as heck, but go out toward the back and try to come through the 400 at 80-81. About 2:40-2:42 at 800.
