hey all!
hope this message finds you in good spirits. I’m a hs sophmore 800m runner and i just had a 600m race that went to crap. I definitely lacked a lot of aerobic work over the last 6-8 weeks and have just been hammering hard intervals and it didn’t help at all, which is to be expected, but i was in too deep so we just raced it off. Anyway, i want to run in aau junior olympics and I know i need to get some strength back again, and i already know how to do that with my coach, But how long do you guys think that kind of think would take? is it too late ? please help
