just had 2 really rough races, and to add onto that I just realized that I qualified for Nike Indoor Nationals (Emerging Elite Field, not Championship) in the 800m, but i didn’t know there was any races besides championship so i just assumed that cus i missed that mark then i couldn’t go to any national meet.
it just feels like everything in running is going so poorly for me rn, i honestly don’t know why im posting this but i just needed to put it out there in hopes of clearing my head

Keep at it kid. If you just had two bad races at the end of your indoor season, then you might be burnt out and a trip to nationals wasn't going to help that. Take some down time and then start ramping back up for outdoor. Stay consistent and things will come around eventually.

I completely agree with this. If you had two rough races the last thing you need is a championship tagged onto the end of it. Why not take a break, regroup, relax, focus on nutrition, rest, hydration, and then look towards the outdoor season? Good luck.
Don't give in, you are so young and by the looks of it full of promise. Hang in there, give it time, work hard and don't listen to the negative thoughts.
