1. A 60m TT is pretty flippin useless for a distance guy, you probably put next to zero work in your start/acceleration nor do you need to. Gauge your speed with a running start 100m TT or a flat out 200m TT.
2. Once a week do 5-6 50m sprints after an easy run where you focus on driving hard with your whole body and getting the full running range of motion more than turnover, you can do this on a hill too. On another day do 2-4x150m with a slight running start where you do the opposite and focus on moving your feet as fast as you can while feeling smooth and keeping the form loose and relaxed but good.
Good lifts for distance runners to do are:
Goblet Squats
Weighted walking lunges
Seated leg press
Weighted calf raises
Running arms (get a 10-20 lb dumbbell and move your arms like you would when you are running with good form)
Uh thats not a bad time tbh. Its probably even a good time if youre actually that small and not trolling. Just keep training and be consistent, the times will drop.
first have to get the diet under control to get strength up, i suggest all sushi diet to help you get there, delivers easily dosable controlled balanced package of carbs (rice), protien (krab), and minerals (seaweed), me gain time in my mile (cause i never lose), we served that to the geniuses at donda academy, look at how they turned out. this will give you the strength to get higher leg speed, also do box jumps or something idk

I do not know if you are posting from U.S.
Am I to assume 60 meters, 3200m and 1600m?
Did you watch indoor World Championship, athletics and just state a 60m dash time which seems slow? Poster, if distances are 60m, 3200m and 1600m, and you are honest, 8.1 60m dash is your fastest relative performance!
If your times are correct, a poster who stated your 60m dash performance is irrelevant is wrong. If your 60m dash is 8.1, work on 100m, 200m and 400m. Those are your events now.

Push ups

Lateral rows
The first half of this is true but don't lift or do push ups or pull ups. You'll get stronger but you'll also get slower. Trust me.
