I don’t think Nuguse was going to beat Kerr but I do think it would have been very very close. Great tactics for 75% of the race. You cannot wait when the movement starts.

Kerr set a world record in the 2 mile last month. If anything nuguse gave the world title to Kerr last year as he was the second best miler. Kerr is a different beast this year.

Aregawi maybe very careful this year and avoid playing the clown as he did in the past.
I don't know if he is injured or not but he and Girma are avoiding the indoor.
If they time well their fitness for the Olympics they can create some breakthrough races of the season.
