From the front page of LetsRun, a woman has come forward trying to get a paternity test from Kiptum saying she had a baby with Kiptum in 2021 and they started seeing each other in 2019. What's more, she says Kiptum's family and current wife know about this affair and baby.
I think this is very plausible, nothing about Kiptum surprises me any more.

If all his ladies knew about each other then it’s not cheating and says nothing about his willingness to cheat with PEDs. However, if he’s cheating on his betrothed, someone he presumably is close with, it says that he has no issue doing things he’s not supposed to do and lying to cover it up…
