what she means by getting healthy is that she will be achieving a level of fitness that will at least contend with the greatest collegians. No injuries.

It's smart to take the whole indoor season off if she is not 100%. But, that only leaves a few months to go for the standard. I wonder if she is running or just cross training.

I suspect if she was healthy enough to fly to CO to present the Gatorade award then she was not terribly injured, and is probably just training.
