    Getting the word out that there is an exhibit on the New York Pioneer Club at the NYC Historical Society through February 25th. The Pioneer Club was originally a black running club and then one of the first integrated clubs. Track and field historical Gary Corbitt talked about the club on this week's podcasts.

    Can you clarify what he meant exactly by "good post"?
    Was he condoning hate?

    Harrisons run tonight is proof that running on PURE HATE can make you go crazy fast. Imagine if Bolt had hate, he had maybe 50% hate last year at Beiijing..so not pure, sub 9.4 if he had pure.
