Meanwhile, UCLA crushing it with Michael Mireles going from 3:50 PR to 3:58 mile since the Broz left, their 800 guy opening up at 1:50 And McMahon Staggs PR’ing in January at Washington with real coaching. Things are looking up in Westwood!
He should certainly have the dignity to lay low. The attention seeking is pathetic. That goes for all the coaches and team mates, carrying on waving their arms like idiots, screaming like they've been stabbed by a javelin up their back sides - all trying to make the athlete's performances about them.
I don't know much about him but I'm assuming he lives on the west coast, so isn't it weird to just go to a regular season meet on the opposite coast? I guess I'd he's actually networking with runners or coaches for his next gig it makes sense
I have said this in other threads but Brosnan’s goal is to create the Newbury Park elite. He wants to get his old high school crew back together and prepare them for the LA Olympics in 2028. It’ll be an easy sale for brands since that group is already famous for being one of the best high school teams ever; you could probably even get some sort of YouTube or Netflix deal to document their progress going into the Olympic year.
