2 Brits with the Olympic QT and then Jack Rowe winning the 3km and targeting a fast 5km soon.
This is why Sam Atkin is so frustrating, we could all see that he had a performance like that in him. Something always just seems to go wrong for him, but it’s good to see him finally put one together.
It is indeed a good start to the season. Given UK Athletics stance on getting the standard and not taking those that get invited by rankings, we might have some 5k runners in Paris!

They may be doping but you're giving UKA etc way too much credit.
They are much more interested in taking everyone on a nice 3 week vacation to South Africa. Also they are far too disorganised to have a centralised doping programme. No one there can tell their arse from their elbow.
Now Adam Fogg runs 3:53 looking good to get into Millrose. 1500m trials is going to be a bloodbath.
When I got to that comment on the thread I was thinking the same thing. If you pay attention to UKA, the idea that they are organized enough and have enough money to conduct a doping program is absurd. I know athletes still trying to get the date and location of the Olympic Trials.
All brits are dopers, simple as that.
