Racing on an indoor track soon that is made of plywood. Are dragonflies the best option? I feel like I am going to slip because of the hard plastic on the sole.

XC spikeless? Sure
I only have track Dragonflies. They require you to wear needle spikes too.
It'd be incredibly dumb.
Many years ago when I was doing more track meets, I brought my track spikes with 1/8" pyramids on them. Didn't have my tool to remove the spikes. The floor was plywood and I ran with them. Apparently you weren't supposed to use spikes on the floor. Needless to say I got my butt chewed out by a bunch of people.
You'd think I'd learn, but year later I did the same during cross country, but I was stupid enough to go in a wooden gym basketball floor on with 3/8" XC spikes on...
The damage to a plywood floor and a gym floor can sustain from spikes is pretty insane.
