She had a cute face, but a woman wearing loafers is a major turnoff. Feels masculine to me. I’ll just tell her I have a few other dates and will get back to her. Anyone else bothered by women in loafers?
Hey OP, I’m a foot fan. Women with ugly feet and /or ugly shoes ( all runner girls on this site) are an absolute turn off and I won’t look twice at them. It’s worse than girls with dogs actually. Loafers are as bad as Crocs or women who wear Vans.
The number one predictor of whether or not a person will say a date "went well" is facial attractiveness. So I'm both surprised and not surprised by your reaction. We all have flaws. Some of us advertise them on our feet. Why not give her a second chance?
They're designed to be put on and taken off easily. But still acceptable as formal wear or in business situations. They are also considered incredibly uncool. It's like advertising: "I don't care about fashion."
Loafers are in style right now. She sounds cute and with the times. Taylor Swift wears loafers. You would turn down Taylor Swift and access to her private plane for that?

I wouldn’t turn down Taylor swift as long as she doesn’t play her music

Fashion: "a bunch of vain halfwits copying one another."
Yes, that's definitely something you should care about.
