This is correct. Florida State is as good as Georgia but because they will be missing some of their top players, nobody will be able to see it and so of course Georgia will win.

Teams that aren't in the playoffs next year will absolutely be fielding JV teams, unless they are mid-majors, maybe.

Nope. I debated this topic on the night FL St barely beat Louisville on another thread. They were NEVER among the best 4 teams. The committee was tasked to select the BEST 4 teams. I even stated that GA was still a top 4 team even after losing to Alabama.
