She never said she did this every day. I also doubt you've seen her concert. She's dancing for almost the entire 3-4+ hours each time, back-to-back days.

Be fr, she probably couldn't handle a single DT day. Acting like it's difficult to fake sing and play just dance for 4 hours. Her personality is so blatantly manufactured it's hilarious. I promise you she hasn't been on a treadmill longer than 20 minutes in her life.

She's not lying, she just tried to simulate the concert on the treadmill. If you see the show, she's moving non stop for 3+ hours, so she must have built up the stamina somehow.

I wouldn't be concerned about mileage, but I believe her workout was equal to the show length.

If someone on a different thread said they ran 13 miles in 3 hours, everyone would chime in that it's so slow that even newborn babies could do it.

Now nobody thinks T Swift can work out for 3 hours a day? She certainly looks fit. Her performances prove she has stamina. You then did some crazy math and conjured up some idea that a 3 hour workout means that she runs 90 mpw? Nice try.

What’s strange is that anyone cares about this. Plus she is like 33, not overweight, and so it wouldn’t be surprising if she could cover 13 miles on her feet. Maybe she is exaggerating slightly, or maybe she covers her set in 150 minutes on the treadmill, and therefore it is closer to 11 miles. Either way, this must not be your biggest concern.

She barely dances. My daughter has gone on tour with J Lo as a dancer and they do put in the work, as much as 10 hours a day preparing for tour. But she's not running 13 miles.

Maybe she didn't mean it literally but I bet she did do back-to-back days often because I could see her building up her stamina over a 6-month period and also mirroring her tour schedule when she may have three shows back-to-back, then a couple nights off.

She's basically fartleking for 3 hrs. A lot of her songs are slow or mid-tempo. Even with her long stride I don't think a fast walk is 13-min pace. Maybe 15-mile pace and then 8:00 to 8:30 bursts. She doesn't look like she has good turnover.

not even difficult, c'mon,you introverts would cream in your pants before you could go on stage and perform anything, much less anything heartfelt while engaging with your fans with banter and ease till the last row feels seen.

She stays in bed all day after a show. Recovery.

Why the doubts?

* T Swift has height to weight ratio and build of an elite 100m to 800m athlete. [Obviously, if she were an elite T&F athlete, she would spend time in weight room.]

* Years of dancing can translate to decent running. Years of dancing, no doubt produces good bone density, a required trait for higher mileage.

* I don't have much personal experience but from observation of females in my family, females can go from dancing from age 3 to 13 to XC and T&F with very good results.

I cannot see a motivation to lie.

Ask Taylor Swift to race Parker Valby and Katelyn Tuohy in a 5k. Then have the three of them have a sing out competition on stage!

Who cares? Her fans don't care how many miles she runs. Her non-fans don't care either. But apparently, this is important to you.
