Me at age 14: 60" 400 in trainers, during practice, after a few months of sprint training
Me at age 20: 57"400 in spikes during an all-comers meet with hobby jogging and maybe one or two weeks of speedwork
Me at age 36: 66" 400 solo time trial in trainers. Same training as age 20.
I'm less than 10 lbs over my college weight. Is this normal?
