It's pure oil that's as unhealthy as hydrogenated oil. Limiting processed foods and eating bioavailable nutrients are essential to living healthy and cutting out all processed food

If I’m not supposed to eat it then why does it taste so good?

It lists zero trans fats. Nothing in it has been shown to have negative health outcomes when consumed in moderation.
A body that can't enjoy some Nutella is not a body worth having.
The problem with Nutella is that it’s TOO good. Portion control is difficult.
Nutella used to be marketed a healthy breakfast spread for kids
If that's true than why does Killian Jornet eats it?

You may be right. But Jakob Ingebrigtsen grew up on it (or something very alike). Hope he stops after retirement -not the same when you don’t burn everything down…

As with most foods, moderation is key. Italians and many Europeans grew up eating the stuff and never had any issues with the stuff.
I can see why you might believe that it is an issue. It's because you're weak and lack impulse control.

Make something like it without the oil. As mentioned above, have some self-control and it shouldn’t be an issue.
Most foods, drinks, or other indulgences should be enjoyed in moderation. Since some people are so gluttonous, that is a hard concept to grasp.
Here’s a recipe for “Nutella”
NUTELLA HAS PALM OIL
ORANGUTANS >>> TASTY SPREAD
THEREFORE DO NOT EAT
Jakob loves Nutella.
I love Nutella.
Pretty sure he also grew out of a Nugatti dominated childhood before settling on the superior product.
In order to claim zero trans fats, they only have to make the serving size small enough (2 tbsp). If a serving size has less than a gram of trans fats, they can say "zero," even if it's 0.9 grams of trams fats per serving for that meager serving.
Because of this industrial dishonesty, there are trans fats in much of what you eat that you don't know about.

Palm oil is mostly saturated fat and monounsaturated fat. Both are good for you. It has small amounts of polyunsaturated (omega 6) fat which can increase inflammation. No trans fat (unless it is refined which I don't think the palm oil in Nutella is).
The problem with palm oil is that they're cutting down rain forests for its farming. Also, labor issues in some of the countries where is grows.
But from a nutritional perspective, it's good for you. Can't say the same thing about the sugar that is in Nutella...

I tried a protein-heavy version from Amazon. It's not terrible but probably very processed.
Nutella is ok as long as you're not eating the whole jar in one sitting!

if that is the criteria by which you live by, try cocaine, heroin, fentanyl.. but seriously I have found that the best things for you are usually not something that feels good ... like running!
How about reduced sugar nutchocla spread?
we can replace the sugar with 10% sugar, 70% erythritol, 20% chicory and inulin fiber
You can have my Nutella, when you pry it from my cold dead hands!

Nothing wrong w a whole grain bagel with a very thin sliver of Nutella spread on it and some turkey bacon and berries. Great breakfast.
