You’re right you’re tougher than me (but i’ve ran 3:59.32 in the mile and 13:52.43 in the 5k without studying drew bosleys strava). I’ll go back to scrolling no-context, jerking off to coffee club, using the excuse that I’m not pro as a way to assure myself I’ll be a great coach, and finding ways to make my Strava training look like I’m in 13:10 shape
