Heading to a Nudist resort next week. It says they have a group run activity. How does this work for the guys?

Guys of at least normal or larger proportion should not do it. There is way too much irritating bounce.
Otherwise, shouldn't be an issue for small guys.

Stroke to a partial hardness before the run as this will help alleviate the 'bouncing' and save you discomfort.

But to me the OP shows how self-absorbed and sexist the average sexist LRC poster is. He's worried about what it's like for a guy - wouldn't it be way worse for a woman as a boob is way bigger than a penis and much heavier?
Google says single A cup breast ways 236g but a penis weighs 30g so a boob is 9 times bigger. That seems to be wrong but that's what the #1 links said. Another sight says a penis is 175g. Regardless even an A cup boob is bigger
