-running days are quality workouts. cross trains very hard, lots of doubles. Long sessions are 90 minutes.
-kind of vague about her miles. I got the sense it changes, I would not be surprised if it is actually more than 30 some weeks or overall
That's crazy she is running steeple. How will she do? So the top 3 finishers at NCAA xc are all steeplers this year...
