100%. The bib says Cranny, and those are her signature sunglasses.
Good work! I am impressed!
Honestly love this move. Gotta go where you’re happy
This is who I think everyone is, left to right:
Aaliyah Miller, Sara Sutherland, Emily Infeld, Gabbi Jennings, Scott Fauble, Dani Jones, Aisha Praught Leer, Emma Coburn, Emma Bates, Cory McGee, Maddie Alm, Katie Rainsberger, Dom Scott, Elise Cranny, Vanessa Fraser, and Kate Grace.
How the heck is Joe Bosshard coaching 16 athletes?!

Better question is, how do these pros keep passing up the chance to be coached by the best coach in the history of running. You know who I’m talking about. The great Sean Brosnan. HaHa
When is he starting this new pro group I keep hearing about?
No offense to team Boss... but there is a major gap in US distance running. Why is Nike not sponsoring an elite team based at altitude? Cranny did not have a lot choices here.
Cranny is the US women's 5k/10k champion and outside of being back at altitude does Team Boss make sense?
Joe just suffers from a poor name to success ratio, if his parents called him Dave Tryabit we'd all be big fans. Keep it simple when naming kids folks, it's called the Mike Smith rule.
is Emma Coburn a runner/coach for Team Boss or is just a runner? she's winding down her career, seems like an easy transition into coaching,.

On Team Boss if you are the top in your event group (Coburn, McGee, Grace, Bates) it seems to bode well for you. I’d be a bit concerned if you are lower on the pecking order. Just my observation if you look at the success of the group.

Looking at the list, it's a pretty eclectic mix of abilities and seriousness (at least as far as contending at USAs, and so a variety of high- and low-maintenance), and that's all he does (aside from occasionally harvest cranberries). Wouldn't seem too terrible a lift.
Boulder with an actual team >>> Eugene
Joe has not stellar results.
Really love the talent… Rainsberger, Jones.
Glad they are a team, but the coach has not developed the talent.
Cranny comes in with the credentials. I hope she thrives and others follow.
Prediction ...
Lots of tears post race
6 posts per athlete per race
Party pictures and vacay pictures
Nobody has a W2

Wow, someone sure is bitter.
They have an assistant coach - Nick, who as previously a member of the team.
A little harsh but let's be clear: Boss' coaching credentials are just basically marrying the right athlete.
It's always a red flag when a coach's best athlete is the spouse.
