Can someone give me one good reason why an accused killer, whom is pretty obviously guilty, should ever be granted bail before trial?

Innocent until proven guilty must be a foreign concept to Americans i guess. This plus 900000 kenyan shillings might mean nothing to you but is a lot to a Kenyan. Are all who are charged with murder kept in jail until trial is done in your country? Being charged doesn't make you guilty, that has to be proven still.

He was literally caught at the border attempting to flee the country and the evidence presented so far makes it a pretty much open and closed case. The very reason he should be held in custody is that he is an obvious flight risk. Sadly the fact he is male in a patriarchal country like Kenya opens doors that a women would never have available if she were to murder her husband.

Objectively not true. A political friend of rojo started the iraq war murdering thoudands and never went to prison

Kenya there would be a lot of corruption in law. Already much under the table in America. Africa way worse. If you have some money, they'll take it for themselves and let you free. The cops are as corrupt as the criminals.
