It always amazes me the wacky stuff people believe in. Everyone believes their wacky thing is legit. It's also kind of like groundhog Day in that we went through the exact same thing last year with all the hyperbole about other runners beating her by huge margins
Harvard's Maia Ramsden ran a time of 4:08.60 to win the women's 1500 meters at the 2023 NCAA outdoor track and field championships. Watch the full race here....
You actually spent time out of your day to make this comment, link the video, etc, just to own Tuohy fans. Impressive, especially considering you are comparing a 1500m race to a Cross Country 6K. What's next - are you going to compare the drive across town between a Tesla Model 3 and a rickshaw?

Uh, you linked my post to your reply.
I’m the one that brought up the apples to apples race.
Right after her smallest margin of victory and noticeably worse form...
She looked like she wasn’t taking it as aggressively as last race. My guess would be she comfortably won. That, or she has a good poker face; she did not look very tired.

Her effort looked at least as much if not more than the two runners who were only a few seconds behind her...
I mean it's not a great sign if you're winning by 30 and 40 seconds one week and then you went by 3 seconds and in my opinion she actually looked a little more tire than the two runners behind her...
Granted it's tough to tell based on not being there in person and not really being able to observe everything. But I mean it's kind of obvious after all the talk last year and then she got beat convincingly. You really think it's likely that she's going to win by some huge margin or probably the same thing as last year will happen again
Tuohy will be so focused on Valby and Valby will be pushing so hard she'll fade at the end that a sneak attack will happen with Stearns, Mitchell, Markizech or Roe FTW! Surprise winner winner.

I think the Alabama duo led by Lemnogole could really threaten Tuohy and Valby. They looked like they were cruising and closing hard on Valby on that short course at South Regionals. Another 30 secs to a minute of running and it looked like it would have been a very different story today. Of course, maybe Valby was cruising, but it didn’t really look like it from what I saw. Stearns, Roe, Markezich are all fantastic runners, but they’re not quite up there with the Alabama duo and Tuohy/Valby in my opinion.

Or Ramsden. She is lurking in there too, and likely is considering herself a title contender. She is overlooked, but should be in the conversation.

Before today I thought Valby had it in the bag. But, Tuohy and Lemngole seem to be peaking at the right time.
