I think this is hilarious and that Orlando should walk. USATF needs to get their sht together.

It would be funny if Orlando cancels and then they hold the trials somewhere even hotter like Miami.

Just let them run the Seville Marathon on February 18th it is a fast course, runners will still be in peak shape 2 weeks later, Seville will be the Olympic Trials for Great Britain,Israel and Spain, just add The Americans will be a fun race

Max knows knows how to grift big money, if it wasn't signed there was probably something fishy going on.

Problem is USATF likes to pretend they care about the OTQs that have to real chance. Moving it internationally would really only allow the sponsored pros to compete.

The Marathon Olympic Trials is a huge cash cow for USATF. It is always a huge loss for every LOC. There is no way that USATF is going to allow any marathon that doesn’t pony up a million dollars to select the team. This is also why the will never utilize a time list.

If they’re crazy enough to train for and race marathons, let them suffer in the heat.
