This guy appeared in 10 Olympics, the first in 1972, the last in 2012. The only one he missed in that time span was 1980. He was named to the Canadian Jumping team that year, but like the US, Canada boycotted those games.
Oksana Chusovitina - Olympics in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020 ... in women's gymnastics. A 46-yo female gymnast is much more impressive than a 60-yo shooter.
And, I forgot, she is currently training to try to make 2024 in Paris where she will be 49 if she makes the team.

Olympic table tennis is nothing like "ping pong" you play in your backyard.
Sailing is another sport where older athletes can compete.
Shooting was my first guess, archery was my second. What kind of impact does aging have on shooting and archery skills? Is being 60 a huge disadvantage in either sport?

I'm 52 and my vision has degraded significantly in just the last 3 years. I'm impressed that a 60 year old can still see well enough to be elite at any kind of shooting.
