I'm a youngish male in my 30's. I'm a hobby jogger that trains 6-9 hours a week. My testosterone is in the low 900's ng/dL. However, I've noticed lately that while I can get erections, I can't maintain them for longer than maybe 30sec without any physical stimulation. It becomes even harder to get erections while I'm standing up. And when I wake up, I notice I have morning wood most of the time, but it dies quickly as I get up and walk to brush my teeth. Is this normal as you age? Or is there something else that could be wrong with me? This is crushing my confidence and making me hesitant to have romantic encounters. The last time I had a sexual encounter, I was able to get an erection, but it died quickly as I got on my knees and performed cunnilingus. What should I do?
