This^. Luke houser will challenge Ky at the finish if it ain’t strung out and fast like every other big race.
Oregon will win. Stanford will take 4th…hopefully the healthy Young twin can race well but those other guys after their top 3 are not good and aren’t going to perform…sadly, such a waste. I can’t even blame Coach Santos, you can just tell with their body language when they run they give up and throw the towel. At least they’ll make bank after graduating.

This is a sad RIP to the PAC. From the days of Lindgren, Rono and Pre thru Puskedra, Derrick and Klecker. Even now in football the PAC had 8 teams in the top 25!
Hard to believe this was the league that folded.
Let's see if the Oregon freshmen and Stanford women can leave a memory.

If Birnbaum just doesn’t wanna run cross, fine, but the chances of him using 4 years of cross eligibility seem low enough that redshirting seems pointless

Assuming Burns & Noakes actually race . . . Jerry could pull them just prior to the race tomorrow . . . more likely Birnbaum is out with illness/injury . . . Echohawk not entered so he's redshirting.
Too bad about Simeon & Leo being out . . . would have been a significant subplot . . . however, looks like we'll get to see the 3 hs 5k record holders from last season in Lex, Connor & Tyrone battle it out for top-frosh honors . . .

All 10 OR men entries out jogging the course today . . . barring an overnight injury or illness, this is the team which will line up for the race tomorrow . . . most likely, the 7 who run at West Regionals then NCAAs (if OR qualifies) will be selected from this team . . .
