Feels like pretty clear Syracuse and NC State wins for mens and womens respectively barring some really bad days or rested runners that have been running.
What’s the course like in Tallahassee - flat/hills, who likes it/who doesn’t, etc?
Same course as the 2021 XC championships. It's pretty flat compared to Panorama or Stillwater, but does have some smaller hills if I recall.
It has one hill ("The Wall") at about 2300 m of the 3000 m loop but other than that very flat and that one hill is not that steep. Many W ran the last 1000 in 3:10 or less while in Stillwater noone broke 3:20 for final 1000.

I guess they can run 8 at acc meet. That'd be Touhy, Chmiel, Tynnismaa, Bush, Stephens, Hartman, Gapes and Howlett one thinks.
Bush? Are you kidding? She was the #8 runner at Piane and Tuohy, Tyynismaa, and Howlett did not run. Quarzo and Schultz beat her by 30 seconds and Napoleon by 20. Bush is cooked for XC '23. Hasn't done anything since XC '22. If they have her run NCAAs it will be because she is a senior and isn't going to score anyway. If they put their actual top-7 on the line, she won't be there.

just leave it alone....she anchored a weak DMR team to 8th via a 4:35 leg at altitude.

Bush hater? Obviously, she has not been in form so far, but has a proven track record. I guess as a coach you'd sit McCabe and Roe, or Cole Sprout on the men's side since they haven't done much yet?
