All causes and consequences is always founded in one thing only, everything else is secondary or supplementary either aiding or deterring.

The illusion provided by RF and EMFs is of a far higher degree of truth than the one provided by supershoes. I say this because I can control RF and EMF at the correct dose, frequency, energy, quantity and create either positive benefits or negative disadvantages that wipe out the effects of supershoes, wavelights, doped track surface in a jiffy, just like that like they dun matter at all.

No, in this country, elevation is not conveniently located where the vast majority of the country’s running population resides. And if you actually don’t understand how residing at elevation can be beneficial, then please, do not waste the reader’s time.

Who told you your hemoglobin count was too low?

The US and European countries send their washed-up track athletes to the marathon when they are 30-32. Kenya and Ethiopia have their athletes running marathons when they are in their early-to-mid 20s. So, on the in hand we have past their prime athletes who are inexperienced at the marathon racing experienced athletes in their physical prime. And we wonder why East Africans dominate

So why are east african elite men and women responding so much better to the shoes than western ones? I believe American women are still so slow compared to their east african counterparts and both are wearing the same shoes. Somethings wrong somewhere. Do not tell me this is a case of American women getting weaker and softer physically?
