Curious what Rocky’s training is like and what it was like in high school. Anybody have info? Mileage? I believe wake forest does double T workouts.

Was talking about that yesterday. My guess is he’s not over raced and over trained like the “heroes and villains” last year. Flying under the radar as a senior, relative to the big 4 of last years senior class is paying big dividends.
