Assuming breaking-2 style pacers.
Saw someone on twitter talk about it and I was curious.
I think 4:01-4:03 best case.

This is stupid. Faith would never break 4 at BU. It doesn’t magically make 4:07 men sub-4 men ever. It wouldn’t do the same. 4:04 at BEST
BU is fast but not that fast. It's about the same as running outdoors in good conditions.
Ha, this made me laugh. I would her give 4:05 at BU. She's the best mid distance runner I've seen. An absolute machine, smooth, gritty, has it all. Just hope to god that Patrick Sang group isn't dirty, seems too good to be true.
Oh my lord, some of you are mind numbingly stupid. There is nothing special about the BU track. That track is 15+ years old. Are you honestly going to tell me that a 15-year old track is somehow faster than than a new track with all the bells and whistles built today? Seriously?
Here's what happened at BU. Fast people started going there, which attracted more fast people, which attracted everyone else. That's it. Think about it this way...if all the fast people all ran on the exact same track, guess where all the fastest times would be from?
If all of those same people went to Arkansas, ala Teare and Hocker in 2021 when they ran 3:50, we'd be having this same conversation about the track in Arkansas.
You'll never believe who I bumped into in Central Park on Tuesday morning (pic)
