It is completely different. In her public life she is advocating against school choice while using her own privilege to choose schools for her own children. She is more like Larry Craig, who was anti-gay for his job as a Senator but not so much in his personal life.
What's the issue? you mean like Ted Cruz living in Texas and vacationing in Mexico? Or the people that think FL is a $hithole but still head there in the winter? This is how you evaluate and characterize democrats?

Advocating for improved situations for public school teachers and public school students doesn’t mean that you are anti-school choice.
I am not on welfare, but I support the program. In fact, I think it should be expanded. Does that make me a hypocrite?
Maybe she wants him to have a Christian education. Nothing wrong with that.
I work at a bank but my primary FI is a different bank. It isn't because I'm a hypocrite, I just like my work life separate from my private life.

She isn't advocating against school choice, not the way you understand it. She may be against things like school voucher programs because it removes funding from public schools but that doesn't mean she's against parents choosing to send their children to private schools.
If she is publicly against things like voucher programs then privately uses the voucher program she would be a hypocrite. There's nothing hypocritical about working for a public school while sending your children to private schools.

I should add for context that my child is in a private school that I pay out of pocket for but I still vote for every Levy in the city I live in and want my public schools to thrive. That doesn't make me a hypocrite, that makes me a citizen who thinks public schools are important and should be funded while knowing my child will thrive in a private school that I'm fortunate enough to afford.
The school her son attends costs $16000 per year. Chicago spends $26000 per year per student and has many schools with reading and math proficiency in the low single digits.
The ACLU dares to create a more perfect union — beyond one person, party, or side. Our mission is to realize this promise of the United States Constitution for all and expand the reach of its guarantees.
The hypocrisy here is that this person is paid with public money (i.e. they teachers pay their public salaries into the teacher's union) and that public money is being used in part by her to send her own children to schools that discriminate and indoctrinate. So ya... she is a total Larry Craig.
I know the likes of you. You've posted three times in one hour, not because you want a conversation, but because you want to try to prove you're right. You should stop. You're embarrassing yourself. You're an echo chamber for your own mumblings.
Stop trying to destroy. Enough already. Enough.

Let the money follow the students to whichever schools they atte

Hello? Democrats have supported and been supported by teachers' unions, usually to the detriment of students, parents, and society as a whole. Democrats have not allowed money paid in taxes to go to whichever school a student attends, but only to public schools, effectively causing those who choose private schools for their kids to subsidize the public schools their kids do not attend.
Imagine if car purchasing worked this way. You could buy the government manufactured model with credit you earned from property tax, but no credit equal to the portion of your property tax allocated to government car manufacture would be given to your purchase of a car made by a private manufacturer.
What's wrong with competition and school choice? Democrats believe in an unfettered choice to kill an unborn human being while denying you an unfettered choice of schools you or your kids want to attend.
