Nike sponsored athletes have it baked into their contracts that they have to compete at the Pre Classic...so Sha'Carri definitely isn't getting a boost in appearance fees. Can't say the same about Lyles though.

Assuming that number is real, I would believe it, considering it was reported that Warholm rejected a 300,000 Kroner (~= $30K USD) appearance fee for Pre last year. I would think for an American audience and a DL final, and in the 100 where Lyles is much more likely to lose than the 200, he could be worth that much.

How much prize money can they make? Will NBC Burbank pay the customary Hollywood professional schedule? Residuals? Royalties? Appearance Fee? How many are included in the Posse?
