My own opinion:
One of the better ones: Remember the Goal- surprisingly accurate, and used the "train slow to run fast" mentality a few years before the phrase really became popular in running circles on the Internet (it existed, but did not have the high level of popularity it does now) The XC coach could have been a lot wiser about how people work though, and should have shown the science rather than just asking everyone to rely on faith alone.
One of the bad ones: Sabrina the Teenage Witch. I was pleasantly surprised that they had track and field, though started feeling certain skepticism when track and field required tryouts to be on the team (At least where I live, anyone can be on the team for the early season in high school) It also got points for having field events. But then... THE BAD STUFF. They clearly did not bother to learn how track scoring actually works. They also did not bother with learning about the size of the track, for that matter. 800 meter runners used starting blocks, and they did one lap, not two, on what looked like a standard 400m track. (I rewound a few times just to make sure they did not actually say it was a 400 with me mishearing) There was a moment where one runner visibly shoved another off the track and yet DID NOT GET DQED. Oh, and those runners were on the same team in first and second place, so the coach should've been roasting the shover alive for potentially costing the team a bunch of points.
