Who Else is Hoping Jakob LOSES?

Only reason I'd hope he loses is so that he gets even angrier for the next year and absolutely obliterates the field / WR in 2024.

Yes I would love to see an upset but I don’t expect it to happen. With where we stand today, if you give me Jakob vs. the field I’m taking Jakob 100%, no hesitation.

Another reason I would like to see him lose is to see if Rojo would ask him if he missed having pacemakers.

You are an astute observer of the scene of course but I would place it at more like 90%. But having said that, I might have said the same yesterday and Faith Kipyegon made it look easy.

The two days off helps him because he put in too much effort due to sloppy tactics in the semi. I do think if he gets to the front early and pushes as opposed to wasteful moves in the pack, he can finish relatively high.
