He was the most gifted athlete I have ever known. I was very disappointed when he quit the sport. But this is even sadder.

That is Bu!!$h!t. I am in a household that makes well over 6 figures try coming back from vacation to nearly $10,000 worth of damage to your house and paying out of pocket because the Biden Administration has things so screwed up that even with a high income you don't qualify for certain loans that are necessary to fix the damage. I have friends that make close to 7 figures that still have jacked up credit because of all of the inflation and crap that is going on. Just because some of us have a high income does not mean life is a river ride with no rapids. We all are experiencing this garbage.

Most pro runners have to have back up plan lined up. It's not rags to riches profession.

If you have friends making near 7 figures with messed up credit, I assure you that is their fault for not managing their finances or the health care system's fault for bankrupting people with severe medical issues and has nothing to do with inflation, Biden, immigrants, gays or whatever other scapegoat you want to throw out.

Why would you need a loan for $10,000? You must have squandered a lot of your supposed 6 figures if a measly $10,000 is that tough for you to cough up. Do you also have a gambling and drug addiction to finance like our friend Ricky?

I hope he was on PEDs before like Mo eventually was (apparently MO was not doping because he lost to him then). Because he's probably kicking himself if he was clean as a runner but got desperate enough to become a criminal.

He was stuck on 3.40 but capable of much quicker. He ran 48 minutes for 10 miles and I saw him run 50.2 on a clod grey breezy afternoon. He would do these races without a proper warm up.

He had a good coach, but he needed a mentor to talk him through his doubts. He must be riddled with regret, seeing how successful another local runner has become.

This really does make you wonder about Mo Farah. His running form has not significantly changed since 2010, and training alone doesn't make all that much difference = WE ALL TRAIN. And remember, Mo Farah ran World XC back in 2007 Mombasa. So what was the "secret"?
