I don’t believe I personally know anyone who knows their 1000m PR or has even ever raced one.
Hope that helps.
Pretty sure this is a spambot
modify to:1000m or 800m
Maybe because my English is poor, or my ideas are too advanced.. :)
I’ll need to figure out what my kilometer PR is and get back to you.
Sorry, I want to modify the title to:1000m or 800m.
In Europe 1000m races are common in indoor season. I set my pb at age of 29.
I know a guy who improved many times at age of 30-36

This is your third thread. You said you discovered an improved running technique that greatly improved your time. So when are you going to get to the point and share it?
Sorry, I came here to ask questions, not to share experiences. I came here to learn something, not to teach something.

I've so far run my 800 pr at age 30 after seriously competing/training from age 25. I had a bout of injuries, but at 32 I still feel I can pr and hopefully make the Olympic Trials. I missed it by 1 second in 2021. For an elite example, Cory Mcgee was 29 or 30 when she ran her 800 pr even with training at an elite level for the prior decade.
