Does he have free speech rights to call GA up and say find me 11,780 votes needed to win the state? Does he have free speech right to submit a false slate of false electors in states he lost?
None of this is comfortable. But if it is not prosecuted it will be attempted again. In 2020 the US dodged a bullet that would have ended 200+ years of democracy, but just barely.

You were… 17 in 2020? In 2012 you were… nine? I will say this to you then: before Trump there hasn’t been anything like this in my memory, which is back to the 1980 election. You are only protected under free speech if you truly believe what you are saying. If he believed that the election was stolen , then he's good. The EVIDENCE shows he knew he lost the election and decided to say it was stolen because he wanted to win. READ THE INDICTMENT.
