Hi Botox girl. I got a cold again when the April weather here at my place in Sweden is still quite cold .Will start train again when 100% healthy. Very good pb:s you have. This is what you have to do to improve them: 5-6 running sessions per week. 1-2 threshold intervals @ 6:20 pace and/ or a maxVO2 interval e.g 15-20 x 400m @ 86-87 sec with easy walk rest 60-90 sec or wait back to 60% of max heartrate.Then add your easy runs to be maximized aerobic by running close to 8:20 pace. Hello JS. Tried out some of your adviced training sessions and they felt really amazing compared to what I have done before.Did a 20 by 400m with reps 86 sec and a minute walk rest.Felt so,so effortless and controled. After last rep felt I easily could have done a couple more. Just can't wait to see what results this will lead to.I plan to do a time trial 5 k after a couple of months with your Dancan method.One of my male club mates will help me out as a pacemaker.

Another quality session of trotting there, Fat Jan. And another good result for Sammy 2, although maybe not quite up to the level you'd expect after 15 x 400m @58.5 sec. (unless that was yet another Jan Stensson lie?)
Since you treated us to a Sammy 2 update, how about one for Fake Emma?
JS is so desperate for fame and recognition that is now getting trolled with Emma a second time. Have you had a video chat with this "real" runner? Have you seen the swimming results? And female has run a 16:05 5k on the trails.
It has come up things that convince me this really is a great talented young female runner ( she is younger than 27). When that guy told it was most truly a high school boy behind the fb wall I first thought it could be so. Then I thought a guy found som pleasure in tricking me or even used my coaching to improve his own running. But now when "Emma " told me some crucial things I'm convinced she really contacted me to get coaching and to see how good she can be in running. Couple of days ago she did 20 x 300m @ 51-52 sec. I see in her myself when I trained similar times to run 3:58 1500m, 8:20 3000m and 14:20 5000m.She will soon run the season's first indoor 3000 or 5000m but of course at her real name that isn't " Emma West" . I won't be able to communicate how the race went in minutes and seconds and she will in time 'expose' herself by probably run very fast and climb the top USA running lists.I understand you my stalkers during several years are keen on knowing the name , but you and everyone else will be so kind and just wait and see. 😁🧙🏼♂️
