I was on msn.com and came across the following article which states that Katie Ledecky recently has come out trans (she has not).
What's crazy is if you google, "Is Katie Ledecky transgender?" the top 3 results say she is.
To me, this proves the idea that AI is about to take over is laughable.

Sort of like the old maxim that, if you’re that good, you must be on peds - except in this case it’s - you must be trans. Doesn’t work so well for men though. So, I suppose, it should be taken as a compliment.
This is not AI. You don't get credible sites as results because they don't have any pages saying she is not. Search engines won't find what hasn't been published.

Well idiots often take over so if AI is an idiot that is not necessarily disqualifying. Plus what if Katie actually is transgender and AI was simply autistic enough to spit it out? I still wonder if you often Google transgender though.
I will add that I just Googled Katie Ledecky and I see nothing about transgender so I wonder if they are feeding you what you’re interested in?

PS I just searched using my phone, which was connecting view the phone network. I don't use the phone for searches, and it's not associated with my "real" identity. The search returned the MSN story about transgenders.

She might be transgender. Kind of messed up that you're implying one way or the other without her consent.
This is really stupid. Ledecky won her first gold medal as a 15yr old girl in 2012. NBC coverage has regularly included photos of her as a younger age group swimmer, especially a photo of her getting Michael Phelps' autograph. She has matured into a 27 year old woman all while in the public eye. World Aquatics also now requires chromosome verification and bars most xy did athletes similar to recent World Athletics rules and Katie continues to compete and dominate in the pool. I can't speak to the possibility that she is privately trans and just not ready to go public with it, but there is no chance that she was not born female.

After the Olympics, she was on the Today Show. They found footage of her mother holding her on the plaza when she was a baby in one of those random "what is your baby's name" meet and greet. So ya, kind of proven she has been a girl her whole life.

How does this prove she is a girl? Baby pictures of Caster Semenya's mom holding her exist. All Ledecky's baby pictures prove is that she has lived as a female her whole life.
