I haven't followed this story but I don't believe we have been visited by aliens from a different planet.
LRC note. We think the poster is referring to this story:

No, that would be Elon Musk.
I doubt they are really all that intelligent in so much as we seem to be pretty dumb by comparison.
no. makes absolutely no sense based on evidence we have so far. ufo citings are very common and have been happening for decades if not more. makes no fukqing sense for some alien to travel billions of miles and just buzz around earth virtually undetected for seemingly no reason if they were doing something practical we would have detected it. its all far more consistent with just a giant collective trick of the mind. no different from ghosts or god.
"Do you believe we are being visited by intelligent aliens from another planet?"
No. No, I do not.
In fact, the odds against our species' ever encountering intelligent life from outside our solar system are astronomical. So to speak.
There is no doubt something is out there I have seen the lights off the coast of Nam a few times,
Stold this...
By all accounts it seems that troops in the Vietnam War were absolutely plagued by UFO activity, and some of the most spectacular reports of alien encounters during the Vietnam War have to do with actual military engagements with UFOs. One such incident allegedly occurred on June 15, 1968, along the demilitarized zone (DMZ) between North and South Vietnam, where a patrol boat known as PCF-12, commanded by a Lieutenant Pete Snyder, was on a routine night patrol near Cua Viet. At 12:30AM, PCF-12 reportedly received a frantic distress call from another patrol boat in the vicinity, PCF-19, claiming that they were being attacked by unidentified lights they were calling “enemy helicopters,” which seemed odd because the North Vietnamese enemy were not known to utilize combat helicopters at the time
You meet other sailors in the bars of Tokyo,, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore and everyone had their UFO story.
Think of a hummingbird that was how these things moved, we have nothing like that.
If we can finally confirm that they are real, at least religions can finally get thrown on the trash heap where they belong.....

This
It could be plants. Different form of life that can also communicate with one another. Maybe even connecting to the Internet.
Perhaps Aliens light years away are just now getting our Internet signals???
It's 2023 on Earth but Aliens in the year 50,000 are exploring LRC forum, our outdated training methods, and social media learning about Human life.
Your grammar is an ideal example of why we might be behind them in intelligence. Thankfully, you do not rank intellectually as one of our top candidates that we can present as ambassador of the human race.

Did you see any UFOs yourself there?
I thought I made that very clear, yes saw the lights, saw that hummingbird movement I mentioned. You can' only see lights bright lights that zip around.
In the navy you stand 24 hour look outs, we all saw these thngs,
There is no doubt something is out there.
The most likely visitors from other planets are the ostriches. It makes no sense that they evolved on Earth.
) fastest 2 legged creature by far
) runs faster than most flying birds fly
) runs faster than most 4 legged creatures
) no other bird close to as big/fast
If this were likely to evolve here, there would be more examples, instead of just the one genus of giant fast birds. My theory is they were genetically engineered and put here by the same ancestors that put our own ancestors, the australopithecines here. They are destined to become the next dominant intelligent species after our exctinction. They just need their flightless hairy wings to evolve into arms that can carry tools and weapons.

Agree. While I’d LOVE for it to be true, just seems so far fetched. And more likely not the case.
But I’d be very excited if I were proven wrong!
Intelligent aliens would stay away from our mess.

Not since Bowie died, perhaps.

I vow to work tirelessly to bring prosperity to all earthlings. I am alien Xüz3çoiq2î and I approve this message.
It doesn’t make sense that a craft that can travel hundreds or thousands of light years through space would make it to earth and proceed to crash when they get here.
I believe there is likely other intelligent life out there, I just don’t think it is anywhere near Earth.
