Quad/hamstring separation is insane for a high school sprinter
Quad/hamstring separation is insane for a high school sprinter
That’s actually pretty damn interesting and impressive
I think she faked her birth certificate and is 29
She’s our Kipchoge.
Look at that hip flexor! Last woman I saw with that was Marita Koch.
She's the real deal. Nothing but upside for her.
If you renember Koch...You are in denial. Take a closer look at FloJo and get back to us. She was the answer to the GDR machine and answer she did.
Link takes me to a Shopify page. Anywhere else to see?
Thing that strikes me about mbp, other than her skin color ofc, is that she’s not super lean like professionals. Nor should she be at this age, but that’s a couple tenths right there so I’d say this girls upside is legit Olympic/WC medal potential.
Reminds me of the build/physique of Dafne Schippers.. whatever happened to her?
You had better retake your anatomy class.
Impressive.
She won 6 medals at the WCs and a silver medal in the Olympics
Peaked at age 23-25, which fits right in with the fact most people’s bone density peaks at that age too
Bone density very highly correlates with strentgh of the muscles attached to them
If MBP has a career as successful as Dafne the US should be thrilled
courageous amounts of the old in-out with Dolph Lundgren i hope their child would be a giant death robot
She didn't get that from squatting, though.
This post was removed.
Her difficulties out of the blocks are worth a couple of tenths right now. Her 100m semi and final at Nationals showed a big early deficit and ridiculous closing speed. When she gets that start ironed out, she’ll quickly reach the upper reaches of the national level
Olympic Trials next year. And she’ll be around 25 in LA? Nice timing!
I was going to comment that. Obviously it's a very, very touchy subject, but she'd be faster if she lost weight
Sorry, she’ll be around 22 in LA
Maybe, maybe not. There’s a range of body fat percentages both for a single athlete and across athletes where the exact percentage doesn’t seem to matter, but she’ll likely get faster anyway just by way of maturing.
Point taken, but IMO FJ's hip flexor development was not as impressive.
Of course, both FJ and MK were "better bodies through chemistry"--I suspect that MBP is comparatively clean, which I find even more impressive.
