How on earth is this possible, LRC?

It’s not possible. He is either lying/over exaggerating or taking exogenous substances.
genetics and talent, bro. Didn't Usain Bolt power his Olympic win with chicken nuggets from McDonald's? That crap is not even real food.
And then he breathes out...
An average human brain weighs 3.3lbs, 60% of which is fat. So if the guy has a normal sized brain the rest of his body contains 1.7lbs of fat.
This is of course pure bs.
First off, he is not 1.6% bodyfat. Very low, yes. But not even close to Andreas Munzer levels, and Munzer was higher than 1.6%.
Second, he is likely lying on his food intake.
Third, he clearly is using anabolic and androgenic steroids, and very likely hGH.
Flex had 0% bodyfat.
What do you curl, Charlie?

he doesn’t mix sugar with fat; his diet is probably very low in fat and he has crazy amounts of energy. Look up Kempner's Rice Diet, which has been around for years.
He didn't look anything like that when he was a high school senior. Definitely got on the sauce.
He may not have a “normal sized brain”.
i could've sworn I've seen a youtube video about his diet. something crazy with a calorie surplus drinking 2+ gallons of water per day. i can't seem to find it now.
He is not telling the truth.
If he was natural he would need to eat clean, but if he is roiding he could eat whatever he wants and look fit, given that he is taking in enough protein.
Even then it would still be hard to keep such a physique while half of your diet is empty calories.
Also one meal a day is not enough to sustain his size unless he eats like 2 pounds of meat in one sitting.
Simple: 'roids.
No one can stay alive with 0% body fat.
Didn't Lamar Odom have a diet like that when he was in the NBA. Said he played best when eating candy for breakfast. Genetics are what they are.

Derek Rose has issues with that. He almost missed the 2008 NCAA championship due to his gummy bear addiction causing stomach issues. And pre-injury in the NBA, he reportedly got most of his calories from Skittles.
all natty, boi
always intrigues when they say "candy." what kind of candy are you eating 3 or 4 bags of?
snickers, M&Ms, hard candy, air heads?
We all ate like that through high school, and most can do it until their mid-twenties. He's just able to push it a bit more.
