Any news when NAU will post their entire Mens and women’s team rosters and their racing schedule ? we know they got a few transfers and incoming freshmen runners, but who did not return.
NAU returns Nico, Drew Bosley, and Santiago (18th last year?), plus Colin Sahlman, Kang Nyoak, Aaron Sahlman--if he gets healthy and fit (I would expect a redshirt at this point)--Aidan Barnhill, Aidan Puffer, and 13:27 transfer from Wake, Aaron Las Heras. So, the top five looks like Nico, Drew, Santiago, Colin, and Aaron, with Kang and maybe Gorgas or Puffer. They also add an 8:46 freshman.
WASHINGTON D.C. (June 12, 2023) – The Northern Arizona University National Champion men's cross country team traveled to Washington D.C. to celebrate their historic
My money is on Aaron never making their top 7 lineup for a meaningful xc race
Most nxn/foot locker champs go on to have useful xc careers.
I also think he will redshirt '23 xc. _xzcvzxcvvvvv said same, but then put him in top 5. I'd take that top 5 and pop LasHeras in for Aaron. Puffer also do for a breakout.
My bets on Young, Bosley, Prosser, C. Sahlman, Las Heras guaranteed for the top 5. Nyoak is pretty favored for 6/7 considering his track improvements and then its a dog fight for that last spot.
Some of the guys who have been in the system for 3 years are probably anxious to get on a team before they graduate

would love to see Caleb Easton run some races this season. he was a highly touted runner but had a bad injury and missed 2, maybe even 3 seasons. he's busted his ass to make it back. i saw him listed in some "B" races last season but never in any of the top races.
Why are they honored? Is it for the obviously woke and pandering reason I'm thinking of?
it honored all NCAA Champions but lemme guess, you thought they were there because one of their players is gay. dude, I have gay friends who don't obsess over gay issues as much as narrow minded idiots like you.
my advice, get therapy or just come out of the closet already.
Sehome WA's Zack Munson completed the distance sweep, winning the 2A boys state titles in the 800m (1:54.79), 1,600m (4:13.64) and 3,200m (9:07.38) races this weekend at the Washington WIAA Outdoor State Championships at Mt.T...
Zack kinda gets lost in all the Heroes, Villains, Sahlman stuff but he's a great pickup for the Jacks. his times are consistently improving, the skies are the limits once he's up in altitude running under Coach Smith.
that said I wouldn't be surprised if he redshirts this year if only because NAU is so deep.
