Amos Kipruto vs. Eliud.

I highly doubt it. I guess he will focus on Valencia.
He knows that to be selected for the Olympics team, he need to win in a rabbited race which he is very good at.
Too much risk running NYC which he may flop again.
Good point. Berlin has good pacers usually.

I guess he won’t be competing at worlds in August if that’s the case. He seems to limit his marathons to max 2 per year.
The choice makes sense.
Berlin is a great course with a exceptional fan crowd. On top of that the race organization threats the top runners very well. Watch a documentary about Kipchoge's water handler in Berlin and you get the sense of attention to detail which is needed.

There is no need to put your opinions in every running related post. Thank you.
Yawn. Boston humbled him, and he chooses the safety of another Berlin. NY would have been exciting, this is the same old movie.
Doesn't he have a secured spot in Kenya's team as the defending Olympic champion?

I’m with you. We already know he can flourish on flat fast courses like Berlin. Would have been much more interesting to see him try to redeem himself in NY.
