I’m not in the CL so I can’t speak much to the validity of any of these rumors but given the amount of misinfo about Neideck on here, I doubt he’s stepping out of that Huntington job without getting the IWU job offer or some other job on a similar level.
We’ll have to wait and see but the IWU decision will probably be made public soon enough.
Josh did not get the IWU job. He was telling everyone that would listen at the conference meet about it. Huntington has been done with him for months. Those athletes were praying he would get the IWU job to guarantee he would leave HU until the school took care of it on their own.

All of the people on here that think there is a “Josh agenda” are going to feel real stupid here soon when it’s announced he has no coaching job anywhere. Maybe there isn’t an agenda and what is said about this guy just actually happened to be true

I wish they would just go to a no prelim format because the way it is set up teams will run faster (fresh on day 1 just to make finals) than they will in the finals.
with the quality being so good - just put the top 8 in heat 3. middle 8 in heat 2, and slowest 8 in heat 1 and let them fly fresh on day 1.
and do the same to the DMR and have it either on day 2 or day 3.
I like the idea but the 4x8 isn’t run at a ton of meets.
Outside of big relay meets it’s only that common in NAIA conference meets so the fast heat would be pretty much just filled with Crossroads teams and give them a huge advantage over everyone else.

He resigned effective last week and is not attending any other meet this year, including nationals.
